2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you sign up via Clerk, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Meta & Instagram Platform Data: To enable auto-publishing and analytics, we collect Meta/Instagram OAuth access tokens, Page/Account IDs, handles, avatar URLs, and public post engagement statistics (likes and comments).
  • Content Data: We store captions, hashtags, and media assets (images, videos) that you upload or generate to schedule and publish posts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, run, and maintain our autonomous social media publishing and planning services.
  • Generate tailored captions, strategies, and images using our integrated AI tools.
  • Publish content directly to your connected Instagram Business accounts upon request.
  • Display interactive reach and engagement analytics within your SocialAI Studio Dashboard.

4. Data Deletion Instructions

We believe you should have absolute control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated platform data at any time:

  1. Disconnecting Social Accounts: Go to your Dashboard > Accounts page and click "Disconnect" on any connected platform. This immediately deletes the associated OAuth access tokens and credentials from our database.
  2. Full Data Deletion: To completely purge your account, profile, posts, media links, and social tokens from our databases, please send an email request to our support team at team@magazine3.in. We will process your deletion request within 24 to 48 hours and confirm once complete.

5. Data Security

All sensitive access tokens and personal identifiers are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We implement strict security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your data.
